Do I need to be a qualified hairdresser?

No. This course is open to complete beginners as well as existing hair and beauty professionals. No previous extension experience is required.

Will I be ready to take clients after one day?

You will leave with your CPD accreditation, your full kit, and the practical skills to begin working on clients. Confidence grows with practice — this course gives you the right foundation to start.

What do I need to bring?

Nothing — everything you need on the day is included in the course fee. Just bring yourself and a willingness to learn.

Is the certificate insurable?

Shinead has been a professional hairdresser since leaving school — over 20 years in the industry, with the last 15 dedicated exclusively to hair extensions.

She runs Perfect Tresses, one of Coventry's leading hair extension salons. Every technique taught on this course is used daily in her salon on real, paying clients.

Shinead created the Perfect Tresses Training Academy because she saw a gap in the market for training that prioritises quality over volume. Small classes, real environments, genuine expertise — not a one-size-fits-all approach.
